The Diamond Back Splash Machine

Designed to gauge and flat polish granite and marble material from 1cm to 4cm thick, the DBS will process material from 3" to 26" wide and up to 12’ long. The stock removal head can grind away up to 3/8" of material per pass.

Advantages of this process over vertical system are:

1. No need for a "dummy piece" before and after the material.
2. Can utilize the less expensive 4" Velcro polishing pads which greatly reduce operating costs.
3. Virtually eliminates breakage due to the zero stress process.
